Responsibilities:

• To oversee the daily operations of buildings
• To lead a team of technical personnel to effectively maintain and manage the building
• To ensure that collections are up-to-date
• To use chargeman certificate for the building registration with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Requirements:

• Diploma in M&E with experience in the operation and supervision of M&E installation in high-rise buildings/complexes.
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing the maintenance of hise-rise commercial buildings.
• Certified competent person in HT System with minimum BO chargeman certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga / JBE.
• Good oral and writen command of English and Bahasa Melayu
• Must possess own transport
